Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Full-Time & Part-Time
- Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts Available
Provide hands on daily living support, companionship, and supervision to residents in a home like residential setting. No two days look the same you’ll help with routines, activities, and the small moments that make a house feel like home.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine heart for service
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required we train
Residential Care Staff (Overnight)
- Full-Time & Part-Time
- Overnight Shifts
Be the calm, steady presence residents count on through the night. Responsibilities include safety checks, overnight routines, light housekeeping, and being available for any resident needs that arise.
- Ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight hours
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and documentation habits
- Comfortable working independently with remote support available
Behavioral Support Aide
- Full-Time
- Day & Evening Shifts
Work alongside our behavioral health partners to implement individualized support plans, helping residents build coping skills and emotional stability through consistent, patient, person centered support.
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral or emotional needs preferred
- Willingness to follow individualized behavior support plans
- Calm, deescalation focused approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Host Home Provider
- Contract / Independent Provider
- Live-In Arrangement
Open your home and heart as a Host Home provider. You’ll receive training, ongoing support, and compensation while providing a stable, family style living environment for an individual matched to your household.
- Safe, stable home environment
- Completion of host family training program
- Background check and home study clearance
- Ongoing willingness to collaborate with Living Hope care coordinators
