Foster Care Services and Host Home placements are additionally subject to applicable Texas state agency requirements, screening, and approval processes beyond our own intake procedures.

5. Individual Care Agreements Govern Services

They do not replace or override the specific written care agreement, service plan, or admission paperwork that residents, families, or legal guardians enter into directly with us when services begin.
