Living Hope Residential Care LLC offers 24/7 Residential Care, Medication Assistance, Daily Living Support, Respite Care, Behavioral Support Services, Supported Employment & Transportation, Host Home Services, Foster Care Services, and Day Rehabilitation / ISS Services. Availability of any specific service is subject to capacity, licensing requirements, individual eligibility assessment, and applicable state regulations.
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance into any program or service. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law and licensing standards, whether we are able to appropriately serve a prospective resident’s needs.
Foster Care Services and Host Home placements are additionally subject to applicable Texas state agency requirements, screening, and approval processes beyond our own intake procedures.
5. Individual Care Agreements Govern Services
These Terms describe the general relationship between Living Hope Residential Care LLC and visitors to our Site. They do not replace or override the specific written care agreement, service plan, or admission paperwork that residents, families, or legal guardians enter into directly with us when services begin.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed individual care agreement, the terms of the signed care agreement will govern with respect to that resident’s specific services.
6. Payment & Billing
Fees, billing arrangements, and payment terms for residential care, respite care, and other services are addressed in the individual care agreement established at the time services begin, and may depend on factors such as funding source, insurance, Medicaid waiver programs, or private pay arrangements.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

10. Employment & Host Home Applications
Submitting an application through our Careers page or Host Home Provider inquiry does not guarantee an interview, offer of employment, or approval as a Host Home provider. All applicants are subject to screening, background checks, and other requirements described during the application process.
Information submitted as part of an employment or Host Home application will be used for recruitment, screening, and related purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law or superseded by a dispute resolution provision in an individual care agreement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date below. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
